Who you are buying from

You are buying from ADL Consulting Services, Inc., a company based in Florida, USA. You can reach us at contact@adlconsulting.com or 954-270-6936.

What you are buying

A digital copy of The Laundromat Investor Handbook, as a PDF file, in the language edition you choose: English, Spanish, Italian, French or German. Nothing is posted to you.

The printed and Kindle editions are sold separately on Amazon, under Amazon's own terms.

Price and payment

The price is US$29.95 per edition. The price shown in the shop is the price you pay at checkout.

Payment is taken by Stripe, our payment provider. Your card details are entered on Stripe's secure page and never reach us. If your card is not in US dollars, your bank converts the amount and may charge its own fee.

Delivery

Your download is available as soon as your payment goes through. You get a Download button on the confirmation page, and we email you the same link.

The link works for 3 days (72 hours) and up to 3 downloads. Save the file once you have it. If you lose the link or it stops working, contact us and we will send you a fresh one.

Your right to cancel (customers in the EU and UK)

If you live in the EU or the UK, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content that right ends once the download starts, but only if you agreed to that before paying.

So at checkout we ask you to confirm that you want the download straight away and that you understand you then lose the 14-day right to cancel. Our Refund Policy still applies after that.

Using the handbook

The handbook is for your own use. You may keep copies on your own devices and print it for yourself.

Your copy shows your name, your email address and the date of purchase on its cover page, so that a copy can be traced if it is shared.

You may not share, sell, upload or otherwise distribute the file or its contents, in whole or in part. Copyright in the handbook belongs to its author and publisher, and buying a copy does not transfer it.

Information, not advice

The handbook gives general information about the laundromat industry, drawn from our experience. It is not legal, financial, tax or investment advice, and it cannot take account of your situation. Laws, costs and markets change.

Before you sign a lease, buy a business or commit money, take advice from qualified professionals. We cannot promise any particular result from using the handbook.

Refunds

Our Refund Policy explains when you can get your money back. A refund ends access to the download.

Our responsibility to you

If something goes wrong with your purchase, our total responsibility to you is limited to the price you paid, as far as the law allows. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have by law that cannot be excluded, including your rights as a consumer where you live.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your own country.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you bought the handbook is the one that applies to your purchase.
