Refund Policy

The handbook is a digital download, so it cannot be returned once you have it. Here is when we will refund you, and how to ask.
When we refund you
We will refund the full price if:
- You have not downloaded the handbook yet, and you ask within 14 days of buying it.
- The file will not open or is damaged, and we cannot send you a working copy.
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase. We refund the extra charge.
- You bought the wrong language edition by mistake and have not downloaded it. We refund it so you can buy the edition you meant.
When we do not
Once the handbook has been downloaded, the sale is final, unless the file is faulty or the law where you live says otherwise. This includes a change of mind after downloading.
How to ask
Email contact@adlconsulting.com or call 954-270-6936. Tell us the email address you used at checkout and which edition you bought. We aim to reply within 24 hours.
What happens next
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. It usually takes 5 to 10 business days for the money to appear, depending on your bank.
When a purchase is refunded, its download link stops working.
